The team provides academic, behavioural, wellbeing and attendance support to enable all students to access the curriculum and achieve educational outcomes.

Mrs Brandon provides advice and support in relation to educational needs for students with disabilities including Individual Learning Support Plans, HSC Disability Provisions and transition planning to Senior Campus or post school.

Community Liaison Officer
Mrs Sally Nelson is the Senior Campus Community Liaison Officer. She is the glue that holds together the relationship and communication between students, teachers, parents and the wider Dubbo community. Sally is involved in a number of integral initiatives aiming to improve the social, emotional, health and educational outcomes for our students.

Aboriginal Education Officers
Mrs Susan Sharp and Mrs Donna Williams bring years of experience to supporting our Indigenous students. They are one of the key links between our students, the school and the Aboriginal community in Dubbo. In collaboration with students and families, they assist with the development of Personalised Learning Plans. They enhance educational and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal students by assisting in class, providing cultural insight and awareness to teachers while forming an important part of the Koori Education Team.

HT Equity
The Head Teacher of Equity at Dubbo College Senior Campus, Mr Mark Dann, coordinates resources for supporting students in all aspects of their school life. This includes cultural awareness training for staff, creating culturally safe environments with high expectations for our students and striving to engage community further in genuine consultation. One key vehicle for driving this is the Koori Education Team which is composed of our AEOs, Clontarf and NASCA staff in association with the school executive.

Student Support officer
Mr Michael Daly is the Senior Campus Student Support Officer. His focus is to enhance the wellbeing and learning outcomes of students. Mr Daly liaises with external agencies and works one-on-one with referred students to offer mental health support.

Whole School Mentoring Programme
As a new initiative in 2021 and based on feedback from student, parents and staff, the entire student body takes part in mentoring sessions.

Students select their Mentor Teacher and meet with them 3 times per term. The Mentoring sessions are designed to support students with the demands of Stage 6 with focus areas such as organisation, study skills and wellbeing.
