Senior Campus Parent Information

Dubbo College uses Sentral Parent Portal at each campus to keep parents and carers well informed about their child's education.  

The Portal allows you to see

• Daily notices
• Timetables
• Attendance
• Reports
• School Documents
• Assessment Guide
• Assessment Calendar
• Assessment Notification    
• Newsletters

To register for access to our Parent Portal:

• You must register as a user and you must use a valid email address
• You must enter the Access Key that was sent to you via mail previously in order to view your child’s records. If you don’t have this you will need to ring the school between 8:45am and 3:45pm during the school term.

To provide a wider range of access to parents, we also use the Sentral for Parents App. The Sentral for Parents App is designed to help you monitor your child’s school journey simply and efficiently.

Our school has implemented a system called School Bytes to manage payments. Parents/carers can visit the School Bytes portal at any time to make a payment online, view payment history and apply credit. For non-student payments, please contact the school for a payment link.

We also use School Bytes for our permission notes for excursions, incursions and permission notes for in-school activities such as permission to use social media, 3rd party software applications and other activities.
